PLAINVIEW, NY, December 3 – Peter Petrakis and Petrakis Realty Group of Seaford, NY has acquired two convenience and fuel properties in PA; a 7-11 & Exxon Gas located at 321 Camp Hollow Rd., West Mifflin, PA from For-Wood Group and a WaWa with gas located at 1095 South End Blvd., Quakertown, PA from Dunne Manning Realty. The total sale price for both acquisitions was $3.625M. Jesse Tufariello represented seller For-Wood Group, Stuart Frankel represented Dunne Manning Realty, and Adam Silber represented the buyer, all of Silber Investment Properties.

These acquisitions continue to build upon the Petrakis Realty Group portfolio and the hundreds of deals that have been closed with Silber Investment Properties.
