PLAINVIEW, NY, November 28 – 6195 Sunrise Highway Massapequa, LLC has acquired the property at 6195 Sunrise Hwy, Massapequa, NY with a STS Tire & Auto Center as a tenant for $3.05 million from Roanoke NY Properties. Barry Chamas represented seller and Marty Sass represented the buyer, both of Silber Investment Properties, on this deal.
STS Tire & Auto was part of one of the largest deals ever involving independent tire dealerships acquired by Millwood, NY based Mavis Discount Tire in 2015. Together, the combined business will have 324 retail stores in three states, nine wholesale locations and approximately 2,800 employees.
